Research
Currently researching the Moulin Rouge Hotel/Casino, the first interracial, Black owned establishment in Las Vegas, NV., closed within six months of opening, and Robert Smalls, “… an American politician….born into slavery in Beaufort, South Carolina…[who] during the American Civil War, commandeered a Confederate transport ship…” Currently doing research to complete a film project.
